Kevin began running in high school and has continued into his adult life. As the head coach of Central Bucks High School East Boys Track program, he won the prized Coach of the Year award. With over 15 years of running experience, he has organized group training programs for 5k races, Broad Street 10 Miler, and Half and Full Marathons.

 

Having completed over 34 marathons, 40 half marathons, and 6 Ultramarathons across the country, he has the knowledge and experience from every race level. Kevin has a passion for travel and helping others. 

 

Kevin is a certified running coach with the Road Runners of America and is passionate about helping others, strengthening relationships, and encouraging all runners to reach their goals.

 

In April 2018  Kevin opened Crail's Running Company. Kevin's passion for running and travel along with helping others makes Crail's Running Company unique. CRC focuses on Real Relationships, Running, and Adventure.

Lida began running to relieve stress from the pressures of work many moons ago; running has been a constant in her life for several decades. 

 

She brings her experience in growing a small business to a national brand. She has a passion for training, teaching, and coaching, and has a unique background in working with all aspects of a growing business: execution, marketing, finance, and product.

She has been part of Crail's Running Company since 2024 and has grown quickly within the organization as an established leader and integral member of the community.

Lida has a passion for marathons - it's a bit crazy, but she's absolutely fallen in love with the relationships she's built through running, the endurance grit it takes to go through training, and the sweet taste of the finish line after every race.

Brittany is a busy mom of 2 young girls balancing life as a full-time high school teacher. How she balances it all with marathon training? It certainly is a juggling act, but one that she thrives on!

​

Brittany grew up running track as a sprinter, but after taking several years off, she decided to jump into her first long-distance race in 2023. And well, let's just say she's hooked! 

​

She has a mission to let other parents know that it IS possible to train for something while also showing up to all of life's important events!

Steph started running 10 years ago and since then has completed 5 marathons (on 3 continents) plus races at shorter distances. As someone who is often traveling and moving abroad, running has been a constant for her. It keeps her in check, and has even helped her find some cool spots in new cities. 

 

When she's not running, Steph can be found doing yoga, reading on the beach, climbing a mountain, or teaching children. 

 

Before CRC officially launched, Steph and Kevin had a mutual friend, who thought Kevin might be able to help Steph complete her first half marathon. Fast forward eight years later, and she is proud to take on a role as CRC coach and help others achieve their running dreams. CRC has given her so much more than the race plan she initially wanted; it has given her life long friendships, discipline, accountability, and the reminder to enjoy the view.

Talk about someone who goes way back! Coach Mike has been with Crail's Running Company since the beginning of the company's launch. He has been running as an adult runner for 17+ years (and counting!), and has run a variety of different distances, including marathons and ultra marathons, as well as different surfaces such as road or trail. 

​

Over the years he has studied, implemented, and taught the importance of strength training to prevent injury, as well as how to come out of an injury into being the best runner you can be. 

​

Coach Mike is also a running shoe geek, so in his spare time he enjoys researching and learning about shoe builds, companies, sizing/fittings, and pros/cons of various running shoe types.​

Kim started running at a young age and has competed in races for the last 20 years, ranging from 5Ks to full marathons. Running allows her to stay connected with nature and has brought an abundance of fitness, discipline, and friendships. 

​

Kim met Coach Kevin in 2017 when he trained her for her 2nd marathon, and she joined the Crails Running Company just after it launched, shortly after her son was born. 

​

Being part of the Crail's Running Company has been, and continues to be, a rewarding experience for Kim. Through CRC, she has traveled, met amazing people, and set and achieved so many running goals. 

​

Coach Kim has 20 years of experience coaching high school and middle school athletes and is thrilled to be coaching on the CRC team. She works with runners and walkers of all levels who are focused on setting their goals, establishing routines, planning for races and beyond, and most of all, building relationships.
