Smoky Mountains Adventure Package

We'll take care of your hotel and dining logistics throughout the weekend, and you'll be in great company with the team.

All you need to do is register for the race, train for the race, and then show up!

What's Included in the Smoky Mountains Adventure Package? 

  • Designated Adventure Team Host(s)

  • Hotel Stay 

  • Team Coordination to get to the Race Start​​

  • Team Celebration at the Finish Line

  • Access to Team Events and Team Activities

  • Meal Expense for scheduled Team Lunch/Dinners (does not include alcoholic beverages)

  • Access to Coaches during the Weekend

  • Cheer Squad Experience and Logistics

  • Emergency Contact for Solo Travelers​

  • Each Adventure Runner agrees to the Client Service Agreement Terms at the time of booking.

  • Payment due dates are outlined within the Client Service Agreement Terms document

  • All payments are non-refundable​

  • All prices are subject to a 3% processing fee for credit card and venmo transactions. Check payments are available to be made by request
